After its introduction in 1988, Cheese has been passed for many years around a network of growers until one clone came into the hands of the Big Buddha. The Big Buddha realized that it was important and set about crossing the clone with a suitable father, a purebred landrace Afghani that a friend had brought back from Afghanistan during travels in that area.
The result was a cannabis strains CHEESE strain that takes about 8 weeks to flower and was consistently a higher yielder than the original that preserved the flavor and taste well with an appealing citrus cheese strong smell, an uplifting effect.
